POLICE have found a missing mum and her three young children following a desperate search.
Ellie Oxley, 29, was believed to be with her two sons, aged eight and seven, and two-year-old daughter.
West Yorkshire Police said Ellie had been reported missing from her home in the Middleton area of Leeds on Thursday.
But in an update on Friday, cops said they had been found “safe and well”.
A short statement read: “A woman and her children reported missing from the Middleton area of Leeds have been found.
“Ellie Oxley, 29, and her three children have been found safe and well.
“Thank you to everyone who shared the appeal or provided information to the police.”
Earlier, officers said they had “concerns” for her safety and the youngsters’.
She was described as about 5ft 5ins tall and of medium build.
Cops also issued a photograph which showed her with blonde hair.
No details about her children have been made public other than their genders and ages.
A spokesman for the force said at the time: “Police are appealing for information about a woman who has been reported missing from Leeds.
“Ellie Oxley, who is 29 and from the Middleton area, is believed to be with her two sons and daughter, who are aged eight, seven and two respectively.
“Ellie is described as about 5ft 5ins tall and of medium build.
“Enquiries are ongoing to locate Ellie as there are concerns for her welfare and that of her children.”
